The offline layers (cache, dictionaries, memory, offline models, variant conversion) never use the character allowance, on either tier. The character allowances above apply only when a translation reaches the AI layer. Documents are counted separately: each document you translate counts once, whether offline models or AI did the work.
All prices are in US dollars (USD), and payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Everything offline is free and never billed; document translation is counted per month, as the table shows.
