Terms of service

The full terms ship with each version under “Settings → About” in the app, and you're asked to accept them explicitly on first launch. These are the points that matter.

Your content

What you translate is yours. We don't train models on it and don't sell it on. Content handled by the offline layers never leaves your machine at all.

Availability

AI translation depends on third-party model services and can be briefly unavailable through provider rate limits or outages. When that happens the app falls back to offline capability rather than stopping.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe and can be cancelled yourself at any time under “Manage subscription”. The refund policy is published on the membership page in the app.

Fair use

Quota is counted per account. Bulk scraping, reselling access, or working around the limits may get an account suspended.
