Your content

What you translate is yours. We don't train models on it and don't sell it on. Content handled by the offline layers never leaves your machine at all.

Availability

AI translation runs on a third-party model service, which can hit rate limits or go down for a while. When that happens the app falls back to the offline layers instead of stopping, so a bad hour at the model provider costs you the long-sentence quality of the AI layer and nothing else.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are handled by the payment processor and can be cancelled yourself at any time under “Manage subscription”. The refund policy is published on the membership page in the app.

Fair use

Quota is counted per account. Bulk scraping, reselling access, or working around the limits may get an account suspended.

Your account and its security

One account, one person. Please don't reuse a password from somewhere else. We lock accounts after repeated failures and rate-limit by IP, but neither of those stops a password that has already leaked elsewhere. If a login looks wrong to you, sign out of every device from inside the app; that revokes every token at once.

Payment and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically, and you won't get a separate reminder before they do. That's how subscriptions normally work, but it's worth saying out loud. You can switch renewal off at any time under “Manage subscription”; the current period still runs to its end. Chinese tax invoices are requested from the membership page in the app.

The software is ours; what you write is yours

You may use the software freely, but not decompile it, redistribute it, or wrap its capabilities into another service you sell. What you translate, and the glossaries and memory you build, are yours. We claim nothing there, and we don't train on any of it.

What we depend on

AI translation depends on a third-party model service; payment depends on the payment processor. Each has its own terms and its own uptime. When either one breaks, the offline capability keeps working.

If these terms change

A substantive change asks you to confirm again at the next launch; a typo fix doesn't. Every version has a number and an effective date, so which one you agreed to is on record. We don't quietly edit a version somebody has already accepted. A change means a new version number.
